With over 20 years of dedication to becoming a better athlete, a degree in engineering, and a full-time office job, I've mastered the art of balancing life and fitness. This year I’m turning 41, and my passion for fitness is stronger than ever.
My training journey spans martial arts (karate, judo, and kickboxing) and various sports (football, track, and basketball). As a lifetime natural athlete, my passion for understanding the human body and nutrition led me to become certified in nutritional science, empowering me to fuel myself and others properly.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in delivering fast results through intense training and lifelong behavior changes. I've developed programs to help people achieve the best shape of their lives, and I'm thrilled to bring my training online.
